Donald Trump is loyal to no one. He always has put himself on a golden throne, as he is a king in his own mind. While folks have sat back and laughed and smirked at the at the way Trump has treated people over the years, both the loyal and disloyal alike, they never imagine that one day Trump will chew them up, and spit them out, despite of their being a long history of just that. In the last few days, Trump has thrown two Department of Justice figures under the bus, Todd Blanche and Jeannie Pirro. Both are about to see their careers ruined, and the very real possibility of at least one of them will being disbarred. Everything Trump touches dies, and right now the careers of anyone in his orbit and in particularly the ones who tell the truth or refuse to do his bidding will be the next to go.

So, who gets fired first?

Who will quit first?

I predict Pirro will be gone by the end of the week, but there will be quite the mean tweeting between now and then. I'll get back to you.

This final paragraph of Judge Sotomayor's decision, pretty much seals it. On this day, July 1st, 2024, we have, in affect, a King, not a President. Today, we lost America. I will never forgive the justices who allowed Trump to ruin us. He couldn't have done it without them! Today Jack Smith has not only been knee capped, his legs are broken and his gut punched.

Boy HOWDY, today is the day! Donald Trump's very own, very first criminal trial begins today in Manhattan. First comes the selection of the jury from a pool of 6,000 candidates. Jury candidates that is. However, before that officially begins, Donald Trump will have to answer for his behavior over the weekend, when once again, he apparently broke the expanded gag order Judge Merchan issued just two weeks ago. I have no idea what will happen. I know that any other defendant, who has as little personal restraint as Trump does, would already be behind bars. Threatening juries and witnesses tends to make judges a bit grumpy, but Trump seems to get away with a little more than most folks do. I have never quite figured out how, or why that is. Folks give up their reputations. Their families. Sometimes even their very freedom, such as the case with Allen Weissleberg. Trump's former CFO is back in Riker's Island. He is doing 5 additional months for perjury on behalf of Trump at Trump's civil fraud case. It's astounding. 

And I imagine even more jaw dropping events are to come. He posted to Truth Social, just this morning, that he wants the gag order dropped. Yeah, deliberately pushing the limits and then asking for favors isn't how it works. I can feel it... I am going to be posting all day, aren't I? It's official. Trump has arrived at the courthouse, and with that, history is made! The first criminal trial of a former American president is going to begin!

I remember sitting my office, my jaw was on the floor, and Sidney, Giuliani and their lot, was on the TV wringing their hands and declaring that not only had the 2020 election been stolen, and the truth was all in the corrupted voting machines, and they could prove it! And not only could they prove it, but THE KRACKEN would be released and then all democrats would eat dirt! Okay, she didn't say that last part, but she did then gone on to declare that Hugo Chavez, the Clinton Foundation, and George Soros, among others, had facilitated it, by GUM! Well, today, almost 3 years later, Sidney Powell agreed to plead guilty, in exchange for what amounts to basically a slap on the wrist, as opposed to the possibility of spending perhaps as much 20 years behind bars. She will pay fines and restitution, deal with 6 years probation, write a letter of apology to the people of Georgia, and testify, truthfully, in relation to her fellow defendants. I kinda wish she would have gotten the book thrown at her, but still, this was a much nicer morning to wake up to, as opposed to yesterdays. October... I love you, you unpredictable little monster!

Here we go again! The BIG FAT BABY, Trump, gets chance after chance and continues to post vile, racist bullshit like this. Today Judge Chutkin imposed limited gag order, but apparently it isn't enough to convince him to SHUT HIS USELESS ASS UP!

I am sorry, I don't usually post in this format, but Trump has done it yet again! What is it he, Trump, has done now? Well, see below.When is he going to be arrested, and made to suffer the same consequences, that all other defendants, would have to face if they broke the terms of their bonds? It's surreal how much and how often he is given preferential treatment. Is it because he is a former president? Does he pay folks to NOT make him have to answer for his behavior? What makes it so he can blatantly break the law with impunity? Will he EVER have to pay for his universal disrespect for the law? Yesterday, it only took him 4 hours and 25 minutes to post on Truth Social something that blatantly asked of him under the conditions of bond. LOCK...HIM...UP! As much as I want that, I predict absolutely nothing will be done by the legal system what so ever!

Yesterday, I needed to take a little trip down to Oakland, to the County Assessor's office to look up the property description for the apartment... um... illegal apartment I am living in. What I found pretty much confirmed things, my apartment unit does not appear in the official legal description of the property! So, it seems that my little cottage will indeed be torn down sometime in the not too distant future. But I found out an additional piece of information, the two units next door to me on the property also don't exist, so that means that this mess is going to displace at least 3 of our neighbors, and possibly more, because now there is some fear that some recent renovations done on yet another unit, the duplex in the front of the property, may have been done illegally as well! It's beginning to seem more and more like the entire property is pretty much going to have to be torn down to the dirt.  Soon it will be a LARGE empty lot, in the middle of the hills. Lonely, and lifeless except for the gopher that loves to dig around in my yard in the back of my cottage. I am going to miss Murray.

So, while this whole thing is pretty awful, and really sad, and completely scary, it's also pretty damn insulting! The property management sent us a notice to vacate in 30 days, which is also illegal. I have lived her 14 years, under the law I am entitled to 60 days notice. Any property management that can read and chew gum at the same time, should be able to look that up on the Internet... or do they think I am stupid? Yeah, I think they probably do, but I am not. I have contacted an attorney, who is reassuring me that we will get through this, and we might even be able to recoup some of our losses and moving expenses. All I want is what I am legally entitled to. Since living here we have paid over $100,00 in rent, on an apartment that was never legal. And now, because of the sudden expulsion from my home, I have been put in a situation where I may have to face giving up my cats. I don't know what is going to happen in the next 2 months, I am just holding on, and taking it like Kimmy Schmidt does, in 10 second increments.
