 What happens if it all goes away? What happens if the case is thrown out due to misconduct on the part of Fulton County D. A. Fani Willis? As Rolling Stone said today, it's "messy". It feels like one more arrogant person (Willis) thought, once again, they could out Trump... Trump. I want to believe in Fani Willis. I do. But right now, I feel like I saw her make mistakes today, when she took the stand, that did her NO good. I totally get her emotion, I get the damage he has done to her, her reputation and her life. It seems like she should have known better than to get involved with someone she worked with, especially under these circumstances, or do anything for that matter, that a gave the impression of impropriety. We all watched Trump's attempts to steal the election. We watched as his surrogates defamed Ruby Freeman and her daughter. We watched as fake electors were chosen, and we watched and heard recordings of Trump strong-arming election officials in Georgia, so prosecuting him should have been easier than this. In a perfect world it would have been, but alas, we are not in a perfect world are we? All I know is people make big mistakes sometimes, and what Trump did was no mistake, it was a deliberate act of trying to overturn the results of a free and fair election.

 ABC News is reporting, that Jack Smith has granted, Mark Meadows, full immunity in exchange for his full and truthful testimony, in the January 6th case, which is intertwined with the Georgia RICO case. So, it's my prediction that Mark Meadows will be next to take a plea deal in the Georgia RICO case, unless Kanye West's former publicist does indeed beat him to it. Holy RICO, Batman, the news never sleeps anymore, and I bet Trump doesn't either! So, how long before Trump dismisses Mark Meadows as an insignificant member of his administration? Meadows was his chief of staff, I don't think he could get away with distancing himself from him, but I know he will give it a try! Mark Meadows... Coffee Boy!

I remember sitting my office, my jaw was on the floor, and Sidney, Giuliani and their lot, was on the TV wringing their hands and declaring that not only had the 2020 election been stolen, and the truth was all in the corrupted voting machines, and they could prove it! And not only could they prove it, but THE KRACKEN would be released and then all democrats would eat dirt! Okay, she didn't say that last part, but she did then gone on to declare that Hugo Chavez, the Clinton Foundation, and George Soros, among others, had facilitated it, by GUM! Well, today, almost 3 years later, Sidney Powell agreed to plead guilty, in exchange for what amounts to basically a slap on the wrist, as opposed to the possibility of spending perhaps as much 20 years behind bars. She will pay fines and restitution, deal with 6 years probation, write a letter of apology to the people of Georgia, and testify, truthfully, in relation to her fellow defendants. I kinda wish she would have gotten the book thrown at her, but still, this was a much nicer morning to wake up to, as opposed to yesterdays. October... I love you, you unpredictable little monster!

• And finally, his RICO trial being prosecuted by Fani Willis in Georgia.  

 

And there you have it! 5 indictments. But he said 7! Was it a slip of the tweet? Has he received two addition target letters that he has not formally made public? Sorry, I don't count Truth Social as making it public! I am not sure what's going on, its always like a walk through HELL with him, when it come to trying to figure out what comes next!
