Ellipsis Christmas Movie #15

"I love that you get cold, when it's 71 degrees out. I love that it takes you and hour and a half to order a sandwich. I love that you get a little crinkle above your nose when you are looking at me like I'm nuts. I love that after I spend a day with you, I can still smell your perfume on my clothes. And I love that you're the last person I want to speak to before I go to bed at night. And it's not because I am lovely, and it's not because it's New Year's Eve. I came here because when you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with someone, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible."

~ The Character of, Harry Burns
When Harry Met Sally
Written by Norah Ephron
Directed by Rob Reiner

The love story that will take you through the holidays, ending on New Year's Eve.
Or was it just the beginning? It's difficult to choose which film was Rob Reiner's best, but I have always considered this among one of the best love stories of all time. Not to mention the beauty of autumn in New York, and so much more, including Carrie Fisher, as Sally's friend, Marie! It's everything. Truly.
