RRC: Fenced In

"A fence lasts three years, a dog lasts three fences, a horse lasts three dogs, and a man lasts three horses."

-German Proverb

RRC: Fenced In
Suggested by Linda, author of the blog, Mommy's Treasures

I know, I know... I am supposed to be on vacation, but, see, I love this theme, so I just couldn't resist! I took two of these photos, while on a trip to Plumas County, California, last year. It is an amazingly beautiful place in the autumn, so much so that we are planning another trip there this year! Anyway, the top photo is from my Plumas County archive, and hasn't been posted before. The church photo was taken in Virginia City, Nevada, but the other two are also from my trip to Plumas. Enjoy!

Now, be sure to pay a visit to all the participating Robins! You can find the list of participant's on the official Round Robin Challenge blog.

A nice set Carly, Really like number 3, with the play between the foreground and background. It looks like an interesting place to photograph.

Wow. The photos are great as always, but I'm especially impressed with the variety of fences. The one in front of the church is a stunner - the unpainted wooden pickets with the pointy tops complement the church perfectly!

What great pictures of fences!! I love the little white picket fence in front of the church----and I like the quote/proverb at the beginning!

Wonderful pictures, as always. But my eyes are glued to the colorful trees behind those fences. As you know, we don't have changing leaves like these. So beautiful.
