An Autumn Pictorial (Plumas County, October 21st 2009)

From For Ellipsis

October gave a party; The leaves by hundreds came. The Chestnut, Oaks, and Maples. And the leaves of every name. The sunshine spread a carpet, and everything was grand. Miss Weather led the dancing, Professor Wind the band.

-George Cooper

Here, as promised, is my Autumn Pictorial. Enjoy...

Some great fall foliage shots!

I've been a little disappointed with the colors around here. The trees seem to be changing a little early this year, but the colors seem a little drab.

That top picture hooked me! I don't know where Plumas county is but I'm thinking I need to pull a map and prepare for a roadtrip soon.

All are great photos!! I hope all is well with you.
