The quote above, offers some good advice! I snapped this photo about a month ago, while I was visiting the coastal town of Morro Bay, California. This little otter had the cutest feet! He was quite diligent about caring them, he cleaned them thoroughly, then laid back in the water and just floated with the tide. He was so much fun to watch, and doing so was more then a little relaxing. That otter didn't have a care in the world. Yep, I'd say he is buoyant! :)
