I love watching these pretty little birds. The Dark-Eyed Junco are tiny little things, but so amazingly beautiful! Of all the birds I have spotted in Tilden Park, these are my very favorite! One day, a couple years ago, I saw a small tree just filled with these birds! I couldn't help but sit quietly, and listen to their strong little chirp. There are worse ways I could have spent that afternoon!
