Ellipsis Monday Photo Shoot #125: Garlic

"What garlic is to food, insanity is to art."

- Augustus Saint-Gaudens

EMPS #125: GARLIC. NOW CLOSED!
I LOVE to cook. Sometimes I cook with GARLIC! When used in small doses, GARLIC and be very good for you. Not only does it ward off vampires, it is especially helpful to the immune system! Not everyone likes the taste, or the smell however. So, if you don't use GARLIC in cooking, no problem. Simply photograph it. You can photograph the bulb, the clove or even the blossom! If you can't even bring yourself to come that close, then you always have the option of photographing a container of ground GARLIC at the supermarket!

Extra Credit: Show us the herb you use most often in cooking.
